Edward H. Gabelman, M.D.

Dr. Gabelman graduated from Tufts University in 1962 and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1966. He completed residency specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital of Cleveland in 1974. Dr. Gabelman is a board certified specialist in Orthopedic Surgery. He is affiliated with Hillcrest Hospital and South Pointe Hospital.

Dr. Gabelman is a member of the American College of Surgery, Amercian Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the International Arthroscopy Association. He also holds memberships in local and state professional organizations.

Daniel J. Leizman, M.D.

Dr. Leizman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and received his medical degree from Ohio State University in 1988. He completed residency specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals, Milwaukee in 1992. Dr. Leizman is a board certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a faculty member of the Department of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Leizman is affiliated with University Hospitals of Cleveland, Hillcrest Hospital, South Pointe Hospital, Zeeba Ambulatory Surgery Center and Wright Surgery Center.

Dr. Leizman is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation, International Society of Injection of the Spine, American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He also holds memberships in local and state professional organizations.
